Essential Oil Tips: My rose oil won’t come out of the bottle
Rose oil crystallises in lower temperature, if your rose essential oil is having a shy moment and won’t come out of the bottle, this is a good thing. The presence of plant waxes in the oil is what causes it go solid and this is also a sign of a genuine steam-distilled rose essential oil. If it doesn’t start to crystallise then that could be a sign of adulteration.
Don’t worry, Pure Rose oil does solidify or crystallize at cooler temperatures, generally below 20°C (68°F). This is a natural occurrence and a sign of high-quality, pure rose essential. Gentle warming is needed, all you need to do is just keep the oil for a while in warm area or warm your oil slightly, give your bottle a shake (with a cap on) and it will flow again.

This was my first time ordering essential oils, so I was very happy to start with a set. I had a few specific oils in mind which were not a part of this set and I was kindly allowed to exchange some oils from the set for ones I wanted. I really appreciated being allowed this customization because it allowed me to have a full set of oils I knew I would use! Since I don't have experience with essential oils I cannot say too much about the quality, but they certainly seem to be of good quality. They were safely and well packaged and shipped quickly! I really appreciated the excellent customer service! I will come back for future purchases of essential oils.
